Invitos.me is a simple, elegant way to create a digital wedding invitation that guests can view on any device. It combines an online wedding invitation, a wedding invitation with RSVP, and a guest-friendly sharing experience, with full Arabic and English wedding invitation support.

Is Invitos.me a subscription service?
No. Invitos.me is a one-time digital invitation service, not a recurring planning platform. You pay once and receive access to design and manage your digital wedding invitation.
How do I get access after purchase?
After purchase, access details are sent by email. You will receive your tenant code, the admin username, and a password to log in.
How long is my account active?
Each account is valid for a limited period, typically around three months. This gives you enough time to design, send, and manage your invitations.
What happens to my data after expiry?
For privacy, all invitation data and uploaded files are automatically deleted after your plan expires. Invitos.me does not keep ongoing data beyond the account period.

What login details do I receive?
You receive a tenant code, username (always admin), and a password. You can change the password after you log in.

Invitation Designer
How do I create my online wedding invitation?
After logging in, you will access the Invitation Designer, where you can customize your online wedding invitation design and add all event details before sharing it with guests.
Which languages are supported?
You can choose English only, Arabic only, or both English and Arabic. If both languages are selected, your invitation will include a language toggle for guests. If only one language is selected, no toggle is shown.

Invitation Details You Can Add
What details can I include?
You can add:
- Couple names (English and Arabic)
- Event type (Wedding, Engagement, etc.)
- Event date and time
- Venue name (English and Arabic)
- Optional Google Maps link
- Custom invitation messages (English and Arabic)
- Optional verses (English and Arabic)
- Family names (English and Arabic)
Can I add images and music?
Yes. You can upload up to five background images (portrait 9:16), add a couple photo, and optionally include background music.
Can I set an RSVP deadline?
Yes. You can set the RSVP deadline as a number of days before the event. After this deadline, RSVP changes are automatically disabled.
WhatsApp Invitations
How do WhatsApp invitations work?
Each family receives a unique invitation link. Your WhatsApp message template can include the {invitation_link} placeholder for easy sharing.
Can families RSVP for part of their group?
Yes. Families can confirm attendance for all or some members (for example, 3/5 or 5/5).
RSVP and Guest Management
How do I manage guests?
As the admin, you can:
- Add families
- Assign the number of seats per family
- Track confirmed, declined, and pending guests in one dashboard
Does RSVP close automatically?
Yes. RSVP changes are automatically disabled after the deadline you configure.
Media Sharing
Can guests upload photos?
Yes. Guests can upload images and share memories through the invitation link, creating a simple shared album for the couple.
Privacy and Data
Is invitation data private?
Yes. All invitation data is private. Uploaded files and invitation data are removed after account expiry. Invitos.me does not operate ongoing subscriptions or retain long-term data.
Payments
How do payments work?
Invitos.me uses a one-time payment with secure checkout via Lemon Squeezy. A receipt is sent immediately, and access details are sent separately by email.
